Customer Representative Group

Last year we established a Customer Representative Group (CRG) so that charities, disabled people’s organisations, user-led advocacy and support groups can help us improve people’s experience of the assessment service.

Mental Health Champions

CHDA is committed to delivering high quality assessments for people with mental health conditions. Our nationwide network of Mental Health Champions advise and support our Healthcare Professionals when they are assessing people with complex mental health challenges.

Customer Champions
