Record customer satisfaction ratings

As part of our commitment to improve customer services, CHDA commissions an independent survey on the quality of service we provide. Each week a random sample of customers are polled by an independent survey company using telephone and postal questionnaires.

Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

We value the feedback we receive from our customer surveys as they provide useful insight into how well we are delivering our service. Our most recent results show high levels of customer satisfaction, with ratings for September to November 2016 at 93.4%.

Our journey so far - 18 month update

We have now been delivering the Health Assessment Advisory Service for 18 months and I wanted to mark the milestone with an update and a quick look ahead.

When we began in 2015, our biggest challenge was to consistently deliver a high quality service. So we recruited extra Healthcare Professionals and developed new, innovative communications – including this website!
