All face-to-face assessments suspended

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has stopped all face-to-face assessments for three months from Tuesday 17 March due to the current Coronavirus outbreak.

All assessments are now cancelled. Please do not attend an Assessment Centre at this time.

Record customer satisfaction

Each quarter, Centre for Health and Disability Assessments (CHDA) commissions an independent research company to survey a random selection of customers on the quality of service they receive.

This helps us provide a high quality, sensitive and respectful service for everyone we assess.

Our telephone support line provides assistance to customers completing their capability for work questionnaire, also known as the ESA50 form or the UC50 form in areas where you can claim Universal Credit.
