Notes from this Centre
Please note that the old Assessment Centre located above Netto on Temple Street has closed.
The current Assessment Centre is located inside Pearl Assurance House opposite Learn Direct, 20 Waterloo Road, approx. 100 yards along Waterloo Road on the left from Darlington Street.
Waterloo Road is split into two halves by the city ring road; we are located closest to the city centre and not Molineux football ground and Travelodge.
The Assessment Centre is located on both the ground floor and the first floor, but please note that if an emergency evacuation of the building is required such as a fire alarm, it may be necessary to evacuate the building by stairs. If you think that you would have difficulty going down the stairs unaided in the event of an emergency, please ring the Appointments Help Desk number on the accompanying letter at least two days before your appointment date so that we can make alternative arrangements for you.
