Rail
It is a 0.3 mile walk from the train station to the Assessment Centre: leave the station and proceed up Alexandra Road (opposite and to your right), keep right, pass the Art Gallery on your right, the Breast Test clinic on your left, then Grove House will be the next building on your left-hand side.
Car
From Fabian Way/A483: head west, turn right onto New Cut Rd/A483, turn left to take you onto Dyfatty/A4118, turn right onto Alexandra Road/A4118. The Assessment Centre is on your left in Grove House.
There is an NCP car park behind the Assessment Centre on Orchard Street: from Dyfatty/A4118, continue straight onto Orchard St to reach it.
Bus
It is a 0.5 mile walk from the Bus Station to the Assessment Centre: leave the station onto Plymouth St, continue on, turn right onto Oxford St, then left onto Portland St, turn right onto The Kingsway, then left onto Bellevue Way – Grove House is at the end of this street on the right-hand side.
Notes from this Centre
The assessment rooms are on the fourth floor. The rooms can be accessed by lift. Lifts cannot be used during an emergency.
There are 82 steps to the ground floor. If you think that you would have difficulty going down the stairs unaided in the event of an emergency, please ring the Appointments Help Desk number on the accompanying letter at least two days before your appointment date so that we can make alternative arrangements for you.
