Train
Fareham railway station is approximately 20 minutes’ walk from the Assessment Centre. It is served by South Western Railway, Great Western Railway and Southern Railway services from Southampton Central, Eastleigh, Portsmouth Harbour or Brighton. Several bus routes run from the Station Roundabout bus stop to Fareham Bus Station in Harper Way.
Car
The Assessment Centre is located in the same building as Fareham Job Centre, between the Civic Offices and Fareham Shopping Centre. The nearest car park is the Fareham Shopping Centre car park at the end of Civic Way (see map). Alternatively, the Civic Way North and South car parks are a short walk away. Parking is charged at £1 per hour but is free for blue badge holders. There are no visitor parking spaces at the Assessment Centre. To reach Civic Way on foot from Fareham Shopping Centre, exit via the west passage.
Bus
Most buses into Fareham call at the bus station in Harper Way in the town centre, a five-minute walk from the Assessment Centre. Route 69 also calls in the High Street. For further information on bus services in the area, call Traveline on 0871 200 2233 or visit www.traveline.info.
