The nearest train stations to the Assessment Centre are: Jewellery Quarter (0.5mile); Snow Hill (0.8 mile); New Street (1.1 mile).
Car
Summer Hill Road is easily accessible by car, located off Ladywood Middleway/A4540 (part of the ring road).
The ring road is not within the Clean Air Zone, although Summer Hill Road itself is inside the Clean Air Zone.
There are a variety of car parks nearby, including ample parking in the NCP on Newhall Street (B3 1SW, 0.6 mile away), and Jewellery Quarter Car Park on Vyse Street (B18 6LP, 0.5 mile away)
There is no parking on site apart from one parking bay for blue badge holders, which is available on a first-come first-served basis.

Notes from this Centre
The Assessment Centre is primarily located on the ground floor, but there are also assessment rooms on the first floor. The first floor can be accessed by lift but if an emergency evacuation of the building is required, such as a fire alarm, the lift cannot be used. There are 20 steps to the ground floor. If you think that you would have difficulty going down the stairs unaided in the event of an emergency, please ring the Appointments Helpdesk number on the accompanying letter at least two days before your appointment date so we can make alternative arrangements for you.
